Ah, lay off Jerry. He's a new guy trying to get out from under by selling all the stuff he bought from the home inspection school last year. Just trying to get his money, or a little of it, back!

, that's not him. His name is Eric Schmidt, not Eric Shaw.
Can't be too popular of URL though. I couldn't find it. But there is an Eric Schmidt that's a licensed Illinois home inspector in Palantine, IL that got his license in July of 2010.
Times are tough!
