They have reviews on Yahoo. Tell me if that first review isn't a plant. It's a well written commercial loaded with search keywords.

Hmmm....the old sign-stuck-to-old-storage-shed advertising method. Do you think that would attract a higher end client than my current crazy-person-at-intersection-waving-sign campaign? 'Cos I'm getting a little tired of inspecting large cardboard boxes!

That's not a storage shed, it's his office.

His sample reports can't possibly be real. Who would look at this and hire him?

The phone # on the sign is wrong. It should be 255, not 225. Marketing genius.

I don't want to pile on this guy, but the home inspection report on xxxx Mokena did not include the forklifts and storage units.

Wasn't the report on the main sanctuary well written?

Hold on now, Bill. That top left cover has both numbers, the 255 at the top and the 225 at the bottom. Maybe he's got both numbers, ya think! NOT!

Nope, 225 is on the home page.

Security System: Normal for its age
Basketball Court: Adequate

Not alot of people read. They look at pictures then call to get an estimate. He'll be in business until his balls get sued off and then change the business name. The beat goes on.

The reviews in the link that Blair posted appear to have the same sort of grammar errors. It's like they were all written by the same person. That's not really a surprise though.
