Any of you King County inspectors have a handy man/GC that works in the Bellevue/Redmond area?

Nah,

The guy I'd been referring to folks for nearly 14 years pulled the plug. Now he's selling funeral plans. If you learn of anyone reliable and competent, let me know. Shoot me an email and I'll tell you who to avoid like A.I.D.S.

Geez, Rob, did you see the hourly rate he gets for his handyman service? If I thought I could get that, I'd consider doing something similar and chucking home inspections. Unfortunately I doubt I could get his rates, because I have to admit, I might be a bit lacking in the 'tool' department.

Thanks Robert, I'll avoid it. Honest, I didn't really intend to pull a 'Mikey' on you.

I'll loose enough sleep already over that pink/purple abomination that Tom was so kind to send my way.
