If I had not read the article on AFCIs I would not known that these where wrong.
They are in a home that was built in 2009 and now being sold for the first time.
I believe this is a must read for all inspectors.

I scanned the article but did not see anything about the CH breakers and a problem with them. Would you be so kind as to direct me to that section of the article?

The problem is that they are branch feeder types, installed after that type was no longer allowed.
