OREP Errors & Omissions Insurance Working with Lloyds of London, OREP is providing competitive rates for E&O insurance coverage for home inspectors in 48 states (OREP).
Minimum premiums begin under $2,000 ($100,000 limit). The premium for $1 million in E&O is $3,200. State taxes and fees apply ($250-$350 additional).

American Bungalow Magazine(1 Vote) If you love craftsman style architecture, you're gonna love this site. The mag is expensive and only comes out four times a year, but subscribers are fanatical. A copy of issue #1 went for over $150. on e-bay last year!
