what type of rope is best to secure the power line to the satellite dish???

Personally, I prefer aged braided hemp with a double sheet bend.

Did a foreclosure today that had been vacant with the power off for over a year. The local utility wouldn't turn the power back on until the electrical system had been inspected by the local AHJ, so it was, just a few days ago according to the sticker on the electrical panel.

I guess they overlooked the fact that the support cable from the neutral to the mast had broken. All the weight was on the neutral's electrical spice.

Once it leaves weather head the power co should have resecured it to mast
