All of the breakers in each of your pictures can have either one or two wires secured under the lugs.

Thanks Jim, I just looked at the two photos again more closely and see this now. Just shows you have to be carefully calling out double taps.-Thanks-I may need an eye exam! John Callan

I know, the printing on those things is ridiculous. You need a jeweler's loupe to read them sometimes.
