That's brilliant stuff. Painfully true. All the stuff we relearned in the '70's, is now getting relearned again, and also largely ignored.
otoh, he is tilting at entities much larger than himself. A mega-hydra of a building industry is going to fight everything he's talking about at every opportunity; his ideas are not free market friendly...they demand unitary control of primary design, systems & components, and methods for assembly.
Can't happen in America. Everyone wants to play. Anyone can...anyone does.
