Mike, That house is exactly why you are not a real estate sales person! I would like to do the inspection - would not have to look at roof, it is a hundred year type, no need to look at the connection of the two buildings as it is already 209yrs old and you can't argue with success. Don't have to bother with the fireplaces - they are all working! I really like the last sentence on the brochure - Another dwelling can be built on this property. I still like old houses more than the cornfield palaces.

They did a swell job of matching up the exterior too.
"This little slice of heaven is a hidden gem."
I've always wanted a little slice of heaven but it goes straight to my waistline.
