Poll Question:
When you inspect a home, do you physically go into the attic to inspect it when the hatch is large enough for you to climb through and there aren't any obvious dangers present? Since you can only choose one, just pick that one that's closest to what you do.

The only time I don't fix the insulation is if I find a problem, like a leak. just trying to make it easier for the next guy to spot it and fix it.

When I say I don't restore insulation it doesn't mean that I pull batts away and leave them. Sometimes I walk thru blown-in that is not very amenable to restoration, so I just leave it be.
