stone details

Recommended Posts

I went through the various issues of sandstone details at the 42nd parallel with my client, the sandblasted brick, etc. He's knows he's into replacement, but he needs to squeeze a few more years out of the stuff without it turning into a water collection hole in the wall.

Soak it in siloxane, or a clear elastomeric? I'm inclined against all elastomerics, but could be convinced of it's benefit if someone had compelling information.

Kibble? Fabry? Anyone got any new stone sealant they're excited about?
