Chad Fabry
If you don't have your sump pump GFCI protected, ITT has a designed a pump that will punish you. Read about ITT's current (pun intended) event
Les
ya ya, now I am expected to reach into a pit (sump or effluent) and look at the pump. Or just be sure it is connected to a gfci outlet! I guess that is what happens when you have a multi-national pump.
gtblum
Wow. I've never considered that I might get fried checking a sump pump. From now on if ain't on a GFCI, I'm not touching one.

Tom Raymond
I'm sorry to hear of your demise. Electrocution = execution via electricity. Thought you'd want to know[:-dev3]
Chad Fabry
Tom, I appreciate your sympathies. I had no idea that's what electrocution meant. I was shocked.
Les
When Jack, Chief and me were on the ward, electrocution was common. I rather liked it.
Bain
The Docs have shocked my brain a few times to make me stop talking to myself. Believe it or not, I grew accustomed to the experience and didn't mind it at all after the first couple of treatments. Best of all, I'm much better now. And I am, too.
