Estimate for Main Sewer Check Valve

It's not technically a caisson; it's just a manhole about 6' deep. The building sewer runs through it. When there's back up, the primary check valve closes to prevent shit from backing into the house. If someone flushes, it goes into an overflow sump in the "caisson" with a pump to pressure inject it into the City side of the primary check valve. The rest of it is like you describe.
