I inspected a condo in Atlanta today with a conventional Gas HVAC and hotwater system when I saw this setup. The plumbing is very heavy duty, the gauges read 150psi each, and it has a high pressure release? that drains into the common drain with the hotwater heater prv.. Does anyone have any info on current rates? I hope they have changed in the last five years as things have picked up..
