This material has been installed over a cinderblock structure. Sounds thin and hollow, looks thin. Halfway down the chimney, the cladding has blistered. and is popping loose. I recently inspected a new home. I mentioned the NRCA saying that drip edge is required on all roofs. The builder has come back and says that it is only required on 6 pitch or less. He does have a tight 1 by 2 shingle mold installed. They want me to change my report. This is a turn-key purchase. What to do?

Recently licensed:I was told in class that there was a web-site that you could go to to look up mfg,mod# ser# etc to find out when it was built, btu output etc., I thought it was Carrier Corp Blue Book. I have had no luck. Any good references on the web where you can get info that is not clearly labeled on the dataplate? I was informed in class that it covered all manufacturers in HVAC. Thanks in advance again! This is a great start for someone trying to get started....

I just got my license, business cards and downloaded INSPECTEXPRESS onto my Vista PC. I have been searching for a simple contract/agreement with not much luck. Short of just writing my own(I dont have a legal background) I am almost at a loss. I have looked at other HI's on the web but most are too long or state specific. Anyone have any suggestions so that I can get started? Also, anyone dealt with INSPECTEXPRESS techincal support? Newbee in Oklahoma
