John Dirks Jr Posted December 25, 2010 Report Share Posted December 25, 2010 Since becoming a home inspector I've taken new pride in my home. Recently I installed new stuff. Hardwired, interconnected, battery backed, combination smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Say that in one breath. I ran a dedicated circuit with a new breaker all the way from the main panel. I like electrical work. I wonder what I'm gonna flunk when my home gets inspected at some point in the future.
