I call it pretty sad when someone is so down and out on his luck that he can't provide for his family and resorts to stealing and risking his life to feed a baby. Just to answer your question about food banks; here in New Jersey there IS a shortage of food. Seems with the economy in the tank, the rush on food banks had tripled last year.
