member deleted Posted March 1, 2005 Report Share Posted March 1, 2005 I found this at my afternoon inspection today. The dryer vent was stuffed inside the cleanout of the chimney flue. The flue was also for the gas furnace and the gas hot water heater. There was about 4 inches worth of lint build-up at the bottom of the cleanout. Amazing what people do!
