The eighth photo from the top would be all I'd need to see. Who would buy that piece of shit when the units on both sides are hang-outs for crack addicts and the homeless?

Inner city and bluegrass country are different places. In the city, there's always someone to buy anything.

I was being straight forward like always in conveying info to the clients. Their interest in the property diminished noticeably as the inspection went on.

Half way through the inspection the agent came up behind me a said, "They don't really want to buy this place anymore so don't sugar coat anything". I laughed and said, "that's a given because I never do".

On a good note, parking wasn't a hassle after all.
