It's an offshoot of something called COPCHI, which I've never heard of: http://copchi.org/home.php Any info about either site or the organization itself? By making you take an 'NHIE on steroids' or something? Any qualifying home inspector can apply for, and if approved, can join COPCHI network...Currently the referral fee is $ 49.00 per inspection. Sounds like they're selling advertising, nothing more. Certification is backed by an assurance of accuracy and completeness of inspection and a warranty of performance.
