Phillip Posted September 4, 2011 Report Share Posted September 4, 2011 that it is installed right. I wrote up the lack of a kick out at the roof to wall connection. It was not repaired on the first re-inspection. This is what it looked like on the second re-inspection. The builder says it is installed right and is going to put it in a letter that it is correct along with his name and builder license number. I still will be writing it up as WRONG.
