It doesnââ¬â¢t look right to me how these two pieces of the fireplace flue are lapped. Shouldnââ¬â¢t the lower piece be installed inside the upper piece? It lapped that way so if there is a built up of the liquid form it will drain back into the fire place ,not to the outside of the pipe.
