Mike Lamb Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 From the exterior these windows looked pretty bad and I was expecting to find rotted out casement window sashes. It turns out that they are late 1980s Pella windows and the only problem I could see was this black sealant oozing and falling out of the exterior glazing. Is this black stuff original to the window or do you think someone added caulking of some sort?
