ladorna
Hello all. I am a new inspector and was hoping you could answer a question for me. I have a house that has no water heater but when i turn on a hot water faucet in the house i get an 1/8 of a cup of water or so. I went back to the same faucets later in the morning and again when i turned on the hot water faucet i got a little water coming out. i have good pressure from all the cold water faucets. it seems to me that somewhere there is a crossover between the cold line and the hot line (under the slab maybe). should this be a concern? is this sort of thing normal? thank you for any insight you can give a newbie. ladorna
Jim Katen
You're seeing a little crossover at the faucets or, perhaps, at a tub or shower control valve.
