The guy makes the mistake of using the realtors geek, gets the set piece result, and now blames the profession. Which, honestly, is culpable in a lot of this. On the other hand, I suppose we should be grateful for his suggestions, and attempt at warning his readers of the inherent conflict of interest that plagues this so called profession, since we as a group have no ambition to do so.
