My favorite was the 'hoarder' who when I went through her house (stacked to ceiling with books, newpapers, magazines and such, with tiny 'aisles' through the maze of crap) and then went into the kitchen... she said.. "I'm having trouble with my kitchen drain.. " I looked under the sink respectfully and said.. "Ma'am.. that is because .... YOU HAVE NO DRAIN.. " (Tailpiece just went to a mishmash of nothing and rot to the basement).. The buyers referred her to the local Board of Health.. for her own safety.. her attic had the "King of all Raccoon infestations" going on..
