Les Posted December 1, 2014 Report Share Posted December 1, 2014 It is recommended that they delve into this issue prior to closing and in conjunction with a licensed expert tradesperson that has knowledge of the previous owner's intent when they installed the item that we are indicating as deficient in our written report that they should read prior to accepting the offer.
