Mark P
You might considering leasing. Radalink and Radstar have great devices. A lot of people use Sun Nuclear 1027 devices, but I'm an equipment snob and don't like them.

Scottpat
It really depends on how much you want to invest. Most folks use units that are between $600 and $1200. I like Femo-Tech units.... http://www.femto-tech.com/510LP.html They are in the $4k+ range. I have two of them but I also have a few Sun Nuclear units that work relatively well and I use them, but they have a pretty high margin of error when compared to the higher price units. Charlie R
The Sun Nuclear 1030 is a reliable unit, has some good features, about 1200.00, better sensitivity than the lower numbered Sun models.
