Finn
Is Kilz paint in the basement always a red flag?
Les
Only if the container is open and applied on the walls. Kilz is a brand only and not a specific product.
kurt
Only if the container is open and applied on the walls. That's funny. It's not a red flag. Most likely, it's an explosion of florescent fireworks pointing at activities contrary to high school physics. What are you asking, specifically? Will my family die if I buy this house that obviously has toxic black (and yellow) mold covered up with Kilz? My apology. It is Friday and it has been a moldy week around our office.
