Marc Posted September 22, 2015 Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 No. The whole kit and kaboodle kicks in again on a re-inspection, unless only one system is inspected. Now if only the repaired items are being checked, I've no written agreement at all. It's verbal only. Client must submit list of repaired items and that becomes the scope of the job. It's not an HI.
