Marc Posted December 31, 2017 Report Share Posted December 31, 2017 (edited) In relation to Plummin's regurgitated post: It's 3 1/2 years now since I successfully testified at a legislative committee in support of a bill to require HIs to report any suspected mold growth that they see inside the conditioned spaces of the house. It set a precedent throughout the USA. The many scary claims made by a Board member, the Board attorney and several 'highly regarded' HIs in opposition to the bill never panned out. Not a single one. No business sprouts myths like the HI business. Good place to be if you like killing myths, but to kill them you need to understand more than just the subject matter. You need to understand people and perhaps the politics of the legislature.
