The bid package is available from our Purchasing agent and more information can be found on the City's website: http://gloucester-ma.gov/bids.aspx?bidID=529. If you are local to MA or NH please take a look at the request for proposals. Recommendations for places to advertise (professional publications, etc) would also be appreciated!
