drw
Could have sworn I've seen somewhere that grounding electrode conductors need to be solid conductors. Now I can't find any documentation that says so. Is this in fact the case, or am I just so used to seeing solid conductors that stranded GECs don't look right? StevenT
Just had new service installed in a home I'm building. Top shelf electrician... stranded grounding electrode conductor.
Jim Katen
Stranded or solid. Either's fine. - Jim Katen, Oregon
