Get in touch with a Chartered Surveyor who specializes in residential surveys for buyers and ask him to let you tag along for a couple of days in order to "learn" more about masonry structures how RICS inspections compare to our own. If it is not business related it will be at the expense of your neighbors and friends etc If you claim it as a deduction.
