David Bindley-Taylor Posted January 17, 2007 Report Share Posted January 17, 2007 This is a senior position located in the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), Inspection & Compliance Administration, which is responsible for enforcing compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations administered by DCRA. The function of this division is to enforce the District's Housing and Building Codes, the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR) and International Council Codes (ICC). As a senior manager the incumbent must be a recognized expert in the application of municipal code compliance, have some policy level experience and be an in-house consultant on program management.
