Bill Kibbel
I've been to Durham & the Outer banks, but don't know any other North Carolina geography. That being said, we have 2 old house guys in that state. Go here and click on NC: http://www.inspecthistoric.org

Chris, My friend is licensed in South Carolina but not in North Carolina. He says he can't do the job for that reason. My suggestion is search the internet for licensed inspectors in N.C. Bound to find one near Kingston. Regards, Paul B.
