Darren 1
John & Joe, you both seem like intelligent people, how can you defend the following? Several months ago, your leader made this statement: ââ¬ÅRemember, consumers are most benefited by technically strong inspectors who market well (NACHI members). And consumers are most harmed by technically weak inspectors with state licenses.â⬠
Chad Fabry 54
Now, an 18 year old computer geek, comes out of high school, attends 180 hours of classroom instructions along with 40 ââ¬Ëunpaid field based inspectionsââ¬â¢ passes a test and is now a ââ¬Ëlicensed home inspectorââ¬â¢. Come to NY. It's 100 hours of class time and 40 hours, not inspections, of supervised inspections.
ghentjr 0
Amazing how this thread went from there, to here, which is once again, talking about how bad NACHI has been for the profession, trade, occupation, industry, whatever. This is a classic example of why a single standard will never happen.

Erby 41
If state licensing were so great, there would be no road rage!
