hausdok
It's been more than a week since the N.C. Home Inspectors Licensure Board tabled their planned changes to the way home inspectors report deficiencies to their clients, but public indignation over the proposed change still hasn't died down, as this OPED piece from the Charlotte Observer shows. Score one for the good guys. Other state licensing boards that are lopsided with real estate cronies would do well to look to the tarheel state when they presume to think for the consumer.
