randynavarro
Green certainly can't be ignored. My trouble is figuring a way to profit it from it. . . ethically. What could a home inspector provide that the web couldn't? P.S. Its kind of a trick question. I have a few ideas but wanted to see what others might say. Phillip
I belier it would be helpful for the inspectors to know what to be looking for when our client ask is this house green. Some builder may be saying they are building green and they are not. Just like builder saying they are building to code and they are not. RickSab
Green is upon us. The more we know the better for our clients. In Chicago, the Center for Green Technology offers a wide variety of seminars and classes on the subject. There are many buildings going up that are Green Certified. Get ahead of the curve. Any day you can learn something is a good day. Rick Home Inspection and Facility Services Oak Park, IL
cguffin
I had the opportunity to speak with the lady that owns Hathmore Technologies, LLC out of Blue Springs Mo, and she turned me on to some pretty good books and training covering information on energy conservation for buildings. Here is the link. http://www.srmi.biz/ Thanks, Craig
