Michael Carson
If you look closely you can see a few of the "tentacles" working their way under the shingles. Then when the home owners are laying in the bed asleep, you feel something wet on your scalp and forehead. Sleep well camping.

Rob Amaral
I dub it "FLXBRTZ"... (my brother's name for cat-puke, circa 1967).
exploreparadise2
I believe I encountered the same roof dwelling organism that Joe did, only before it vomited. It was on a shady part of a flat roof. It definitely wasn't any kind of toy. When I rolled it over some of the tentacles stuck to the roof with mucous. It's body was full of something. I'm glad I saw before I put a foot down on it. I left it there so that it may live in peace. Marc
Google "puffer ball". Thanks Bill, I get to keep my dinner down tonight. Can Mike O put a 'Do Not Regurgitate' order on that thread? Don't have to remove it, just stop it until after I pass away. Marc
