Mike Lamb
I was inspecting a kitchen at a North shore condo when all of a sudden a real estate agent jumped out of one of the wall cabinets. Scared the hell out of me. Image Insert: 53.08 KB

mthomas1
I would recommend an exterminator... they could be breeding in there. On the North Shore you used to have to bait traps with least least a fifty, but given current market conditions you could probably get away with a twenty, or even a ten. Actually, what happened was, the elec. panel was in the kitchen cabinet and I couldn't get the cover off without damaging the back of the cabinet. The REA said we could easily take the cabinet off the wall. It's only 4 screws. I refused to do this or help him, though I said he could use my tools. Of course, it wasn't that easy and he could not get it off the wall, but I wanted to get a photo so if anyone wanted to blame me for damage, I could back up my story. It was a funny photo. I deliberately cropped most of his head out of the photo, no easy task, to obscure identity.
