Brian G Posted May 25, 2004 Report Share Posted May 25, 2004 I had one seller who accused me of blowing out the pilot light on the furnace so I could report it as "not working", along with "making numerous false statements" about other defects. She filed a complaint with the BBB, they forwarded it to me. I wrote back and informed her that I had about 40 photos on file showing almost every item in the report as it was that day, and I'd be glad to review them with her. That was the end of it. I sent a copy to the BBB and noted that while I did have most things documented, I was unable to furnish a photo of myself NOT blowing out the pilot light. [:-mischievous] Brian G.
