kurt
We (the brain trust at the coffee shop) came up with a new word this morning. Catastrophication Ca*tas*truh*fi*ka*shunid="blue"> What the over informed and under experienced HI does to a house in their report. Also the result of an inexperienced builder attempting to construct another McMansion or similar POS. It can be conjugated as a verb....... As in "that guy can catastrophy just about anything". It can be misapplied by anyone outside the profession to disparage an HI's ability. Its' use should not be allowed by anyone outside the profession. copyright 2008 KM & Assoc., Inc. StevenT
Sorta similar to castrafornication. This is usually performed by a castrafornicologist. Divorce lawyers are experts at this.
