The following is from the DOL website at http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/homeinsp ... cense.html . I've already downloaded the application, and have it filled out ready to go. I haven't sent it in yet but there's nothing on the form that says to include any money. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I think you are correct.... I had sent mine in a couple weeks ago on the wrong form (they had not posted 'experienced' app yet. Rhonda called me and said she would hold or refund $$$ and to download and fill out the new form) which I have done....... So I stand corrected...
