I listed a few things I found wrong with it and wrote to have the items repaired along with anything else the electrician found. Looks like the white wire of the bottom breaker of the secondary panel goes into the panel on the left, then pigtails to another wire and goes to the neutral buss. Phillip Posted July 7, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 The big black wire is not connected to the bus bar. It turn down and runs behind the red wire.
