Konrad
I confess I'm unfamiliar with this type of configuration. They make clothes dryers that vent their hot humid air into nearby plumbing vents, for circumstances where you cant run the 4" vent to the outside. The model dryer I saw was a Bosch, probably a high end unit. Can someone fill me in on the particulars of this? [:-crazy]
chrisprickett
Never heard of it, but my concern would be lint clogging the waste system, and clothes smelling like my daily constitutional.
crusty
I saw another brand that is ventless recently. I forget the name now. Some weird European brand. Have you tried the Bosch web site?
Steve Knight
I believe this is a condensing dyer. The moisture is removed by condensing the water vapor and pumping the condensate into a drain line. Bosch has installation and operation manuals available for download on their web page http://www.boschappliances.com
