Jesse
Damn indeed. Mike Royko would've had lots of great material for the next seven years.
Mike Lamb
Little Village, or Pilsen? Bridgeport? My guess is around 26th and Damen? Good guess again. About a hand grenade throw away. 24th and Leavitt. As my Leavitt buddies used to say, "Leavitt or leave it." Jim Morrison
While we're on the subject of phenomenal views, any of you photographers out there catch a photo of the moon last night? Great Googly-Moogly! There's nothing like the Harvest Moon.
kurt
Yeah, unbelievable big moon. When it comes up over Lake Michigan, it lights up the entire city. Wow, that was a good guess......just about a good grenade toss. Don'tcha love jobs in there? Nice folks in general, unfortunately living under gang rule. There's the Leavitt joke, then there's the one about the streets that rhyme with vagina......Melvina, Paulina, and Lunt.
