Robert Jones
Not real sure what they were thinking, but the clearance between the home and the fence is 37". Is there a mini a/c unit I am not aware of? Click to Enlarge 55.96 KB
hausdok
Hi, Well, inside you've got a A-coil under that hi-eff furnace so I expect that behind that fence to the right is the condenser/compressor unit. Robert Jones
Hey Mike, Nope, the condenser was not yet installed(set up for the condenser). On the other side of that fence is the neighbor. I can't see how a condenser could be installed there. Definitley wouldn't allow for proper clearance. Robert Jones
Well yes, I have seen those, although I must admit, not very many up here. This home is set up for a traditional A/C type system with condenser/compressor.
kurt
There are some side discharge units that would fit in there. Some of the mini splits have side discharge.
