With the 1st time buyers incentives expiring shortly, I've had some agents ask me to do some crazy things, inspect before the contract is submitted, inspect at night (after 8:00 PM) etc. It's like there won't ever be another property to sell after the incentives expire. I won't change the way that I do business. I especially won't change the way that I inspect a property (except to be better) or write the report. I glad I don't have to depend on R.E. referrals.
