Robert Jones
Any of you guys have any experience with this brand of tankless water heater? The pilot light was lit, but would not ignite the burner. Just trying to track down some info for my client. It was powered by propane and the tank was at 10%. hausdok
Hi, Do you mean that when you ran the water it would not light? Perhaps they had it set to some standby/vacation mode. OT - OF!!! M.
Bill Kibbel
Any of you guys have any experience with this brand of tankless water heater? I recognize the name. I thought they were manufactured primarily for mobile homes. The pilot light was lit, but would not ignite the burner. Needs a new thermocouple. Ben H
Could the propane tank being low cause it not to light?
Robert Jones
Thanks for the replies guys. Ben, normally 10% is sufficient to fire a water heater/furnace. When I owned a home that had a propane fired furnace/water heater, I noticed a big drop off somewhere below the 5% mark.
